Why Are My Points Not Showing Up?
Not to worry! Sometimes the system takes a few minutes to add points. If your points are not there after 24 hours please contact us and we will take care of it for you!
Why Did My Account Balance Go Down?
If you or one of your referrals recently canceled an order or made a return this can effect point balance.
What Happens If My Order Is Cancelled Or Refunded?
Any points accumulated from that order will be deducted from your points total.
